Commitment to Customers

  1. Every attempt will be made to ship orders with 2 business days on all credit approved orders that are supplied with proper product information.
  2. Customers will be contacted within 24 hours if there is incorrect product information or if there are inventory shortages. A decision will be made at that time whether or not to back order product. When placing your order please provide an e-mail address for quickest correspondence.
  3. Sample orders will be shipped as a regular order. Samples may be returned provided its is in original condition complete with packaging. Soiled or worn garments cannot be returned. Samples for return must be shipped back within a 3 week period. Samples that are embroidered or embellished cannot be returned.
  4. Samples ordered that are originally designated as “sample order – not to be returned” are eligible for a 25% discount. Please note there is a 12 unit limit per account per season on all sample orders.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Customers must supply all necessary style information to ensure no delays in shipping or shipping orders – you must include style number, colour, proper size scale (ie. 15 ½ vs M – see size chart), and sleeve lengths, where applicable. If no sleeve length is specified we reserve the right to send a 33” sleeve length for sizes 14 to 16, and a 35” sleeve for sizes 16 ½ and up.
  2. Customers requesting complete shipments only, with no back orders, must clearly indicate this on the order, otherwise we reserve the right to split shipments and back order product.
  3. Special instructions regarding shipping, drop ship to address, billing address or incentive pricing must be clearly indicated on the order placed. All orders will be shipped F.O.B. our warehouse via the most cost effective method unless otherwise specified.
  4. Claims regarding short shipments or shipping errors must be made within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
  5. Its is the customers responsibility to inspect all merchandise for correct colour, style, quantity and size prior to the embellishing or altering of the product. We accept no responsibility for discrepancies on orders shipped to third parties
