Return Policy

1. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the order is correct as placed as we will not accept returns that are embellished.

2. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RTA), which must be obtained through our customer service department. Returns must be initiated within fifteen (15) days of receipt of shipment and may be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

3. Return Authorization numbers will be e-mailed or customers will be called within 48 hours (on all approved returns)
